Event Overview
The in-person seminar will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the DoubleTree Hotel in Ontario, California. The cost is $575 per registrant. Complimentary parking is available on-site, and attendees who wish to stay overnight should contact the hotel directly to make room reservations.
We also offer a two-day live webinar, taking place on December 9–10, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM each day, with a one-hour live Q&A at the end of Day Two. Delivered via Zoom, this format provides the same expert-led updates and resources as the in-person seminar, with the convenience of attending from your own location. The cost is $550.
For added flexibility, we also offer a Webinar + Recording option, giving you the ability to revisit the full presentation and Q&A throughout the year. The cost is $595.

Tax Manual
Every seminar or webinar registrant receives a copy of the 2025 Government Tax Manual as part of their registration. In-person attendees pick up their Manual at the event, while webinar participants have theirs shipped directly about two weeks prior to the program.

All registrants receive a full set of the presentation slides, giving you a convenient resource to reference throughout the year. These materials are provided with your registration so you can revisit key updates and guidance whenever you need them.

Each presentation concludes with detailed Action Items that outline the specific steps agencies need to take after the seminar. These practical checklists ensure you leave with clear guidance you can immediately put into practice.

At the end of Day Two, webinar attendees can join a dedicated one-hour live Q&A with our panel of speakers. This interactive session lets you get answers to your agency’s specific questions in real time, adding personalized value beyond the prepared materials.
CPE Credit Information
Government Tax Seminars, LLC is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education. The in-person seminar qualifies for 6.5 CPE hours under the Group Live program type. The two-day live webinar qualifies for 7.5 CPE hours under the Group Internet-Based program type, including a one-hour live Q&A on Day Two. These CPE credits are designed to meet the professional development needs of payroll, benefits, and accounts payable administrators and are recognized by state boards of accountancy, which have final authority on acceptance of individual courses. Cancellation Policy:
Government Tax Seminars, LLC reserves the right to cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances. If a program is cancelled, participants will receive a full refund. Participants may cancel their registration up to 14 days prior to the program for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the program are non-refundable; however, substitutions are permitted.
